Service Delivery Assistant - Luton Airport - Full Time 42 Hours, 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern - £13.39 per hour

We are currently looking for Service Delivery Assistants at Luton Airport who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector. You will be receiving holidaymakers' cars, driving them to our car park during their holiday, and preparing the vehicles for their return.

What you’ll do

• Familiarize yourself with each car's controls and alarm systems before receiving it from the customer.
• Ensure smooth and prompt handover of customer vehicles while storing keys securely.
• Drive and care for all customer vehicles carefully, ensuring all valet procedures are followed.
• Understand and be fully familiar with our systems and equipment.
• Monitor the car park and its activity through regular patrols, deter criminal activity, and maintain a high visual presence.
• Check the appearance of the car parks and work areas, taking action to meet company standards.
• Provide frontline support in case of equipment failure or customer distress.
• Work with managers and staff to implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and income.
• Collaborate as part of a wider team.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication skills and positive interaction with the public.
• Full UK Driver’s License with significant driving experience.
• Basic IT skills, including MS Word and Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
