In this role, you will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. You act as the on-site first-line Medtronic liaison for our customers and as the interface with C-suite and senior management within our clients' organizations.

Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management to drive transformational change, implement growth strategies, streamline patient care pathways, and optimize operations.

A Day in the Life

As a Service Delivery Account Lead, your responsibilities include:

  1. Owning all service delivery activities in Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone accounts.
  2. Developing and executing account-specific action plans to deliver high-quality services according to contract, and maintaining a KPI dashboard to measure and track performance.
  3. Maintaining stakeholder relationships within the account and governance structures.
  4. Collaborating with all required IHS capabilities in a timely manner.
  5. Managing, coaching, and developing local MDT IHS-NGC operations staff on site.
  6. Identifying and escalating potential service issues to take preventive actions.
  7. Identifying cross-business selling opportunities and keeping the commercial team informed about performance and upselling opportunities.
Must Haves
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of regional language is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with hospital C-suite, senior management, stakeholders in healthcare value chain, and operations management.
  • Experience in people and team management.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the country and occasionally within EMEA (10-25%).

  • Strategic thinking and ability to establish and execute group plans.
  • Strong project and operations management skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience.
