Hybrid / Office Based ideally based Norwich, Wymondham, Beccles, Dereham, Attleborough, Wroxham and surrounding areas.

The company is a global manufacturer of electrical heating and cooling systems, with over five decades of experience. Due to ongoing expansion and investment, they are looking to add skilled service coordinators to their team.

In this position, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to discuss and resolve issues and requests across the service team, working closely with a team of experts.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in Service Coordination, Planning, Administration, or similar, seeking a highly autonomous role within a leading global business.

Role Details:
* Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
* Hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office when required
* Liaising with customers and clients to resolve service issues, requests, and orders over the phone

Candidate Profile:
* Experience in Service Coordination, Planning, Administration, or similar
* Good communication skills
