Florence Nightingale Agency has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Flexible Support Unit. This unit is responsible for the support and empowerment of disabled people and their families to have more say in the type of cares received and how they will be delivered. We operate as hosts for individualised funding.

We are seeking a candidate with a preferred background/experience in healthcare. Preferably, with administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsare essential for success in this role. Experience in senior administrative positionswill be considered a significant advantage.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Working to empower and support clients in using their flexible supports budgets to improve life outcomes.
  • Assisting clients with the financial aspects of their cares.
