• Demonstrate excellent customer service in terms of attitude and action.
• Answer customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 5pm & Friday 7.30am - 4pm, 41.5 hrs per week
