They are the leading specialist in the fire and security industry, installing and maintaining fire and security equipment and systems for a wide variety of customers throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicating with customers to book engineer servicing visits and handle general queries professionally and promptly.
  2. Calling customers to confirm or reschedule servicing appointments.
  3. Maintaining clear communication with engineering teams.
  4. Scheduling engineering resources efficiently to minimize travel time.
  5. Managing engineers' diaries and ensuring service levels on maintenance contracts are met.
  6. Processing and electronically filing engineer documentation and paperwork where appropriate.
  7. Updating customer databases with required documentation such as certificates, quotations, and equipment lists.
  8. Planning maintenance and callout activities to optimize engineers' time.
  9. Booking maintenance and emergency light testing appointments to meet contractual requirements.
  10. Inputting service and callout data into the computer database.
  11. Distributing weekly diaries and work schedules for engineers.
  12. Supporting Account Managers with administration, quotations, and coordination of service remedials.
  13. Managing weekly testing schedules, including administration of testing folders, site issues, access difficulties, and equipment faults.

To be successful, candidates should be accustomed to working in a busy environment, reliable, assertive, and familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm & Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits:
