Croydon Council is seeking a Service Coordinator in Children’s Social Care to deliver high quality service support, ensure best practice and governance across the practice system. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid pattern with three office days and two days at home, plus a Grade 7 salary of £39,519–£40,575.

To provide high quality service support, ensuring the implementation of best practice and service standards. To build effective working relationships and support collaborative ways of working with practitioners, social workers, managers in children social care. To ensure agile and flexible working across the practice system to ensure consistent service delivery. Participate in the development and implementation of service improvements, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and policies, provide guidance, support and expertise. Ensure that processes, systems, and governance arrangements are followed and fit for purpose.
