We are seeking a Service Coordinator for a leading HVAC company with over 20 years of experience and 6 regional offices across the UK. The company provides comprehensive HVAC installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair solutions.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £28,000 DOE
• Working hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
• 22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (increases with service)

Location

Based in Edenbridge, Kent. The Service Coordinator will work from our client's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule PPM visits for the Engineering division
• Answer inbound client calls
• Raise and schedule jobs
• Arrange engineers and subcontractors for works
• Ensure live within a commutable distance of Edenbridge
• Use engineer booking software proficiently
• Be computer literate and proficient in MS Office
