We are working with a well-established and growing business in the fire and security industry to help them find a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys using technology to streamline processes, and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company.

The Role

This is a key role within the business, coordinating day-to-day schedules for a team of engineers and ensuring planned maintenance, remedial works, and reactive call-outs are handled efficiently. You will use a range of cloud-based systems to manage job scheduling, track progress, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and forward-schedule multiple engineer diaries
  • Organize day-to-day visits, PMVs, and remedial works
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal staff
  • Liaise with engineers to manage job reports and system updates
  • Respond to urgent and reactive works proactively and promptly
  • Utilize cloud-based platforms including simPRO, Dwellant, and Pro-Nett

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous fire and security industry experience in a similar office-based role
  • Experience with simPRO
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
