The Impact you will have:

• Follow company health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure safety for colleagues and customers.
• Achieve business targets by managing engineer productivity, work and time management, call handling, and SLAs. Obtain purchase order numbers before starting chargeable work and ensure pro-forma invoices are paid by CoD customers before commencing work.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, managing expectations effectively.
• Prioritize and schedule work activities to meet customer expectations and contractual requirements, including resource planning for vehicle off-road and Allianz inspection follow-ups, liaising with third-party service providers as needed.
• Control levels of preventative maintenance and reactive work, monitoring work in progress efficiently.
• Promote teamwork and support colleagues as necessary.
• Problem solve proactively and take ownership of issues until resolution.
• Maximize engineer productivity while reducing travel to lower carbon emissions.
• Monitor and approve engineer non-productive hours and overtime, liaising with the Service Manager for authorization.
• Oversee out-of-hours activity for engineers.
• Authorize engineer leave in line with business needs.
• Manage free of charge and short-term hire trucks to minimize costs.
• Support training of new team members.
• Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by regional line managers.
