A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Service Controller in Elland to coordinate maintenance and repair activities for customers. This role involves handling service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between customers and Field Service Engineers. Hours: Rotating shifts between 7am-7pm (8-hour shifts such as 7-3 / 8-4 / 9-5)
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Controller to join a busy operational team. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance and repair activities across a designated region, ensuring customers receive a responsive and high-quality service. Acting as the central communication point between customers, Field Service Engineers and internal departments, you'll play a key part in planning workloads, keeping service records up to date and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly and efficiently.
