Telent are now looking for a Service Control Manager to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role will be directly linked to the Fibre Build programme, across the Leeds and Yorkshire regions. You will carry out the role in an AGILE fashion, requiring a blend of working out of our Sub-contractor offices in Leeds, working from home, and travelling to sites across Leeds and Yorkshire to ensure control and delivery of the Fibre Build programme. You MUST be a holder of a full UK driving license.

This role will see you develop and maintain the business and operational processes required to support service delivery for the specific service area, including planning, enablement, scheduling, and performance functions within the assigned area. This Service Control Manager role will include interfacing with the client, the subcontractors, and the various operational teams to ensure we have a fully underpinned schedule with the flexibility to meet the service requirements.

You excel at leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving collaborative efforts to achieve program objectives. With a keen eye for performance metrics, you are adept at reporting, forecasting, and identifying risks and opportunities. Your excellent client-facing skills and ability to thrive under pressure make you a strong asset in high-stakes environments. You are also passionate about continuous improvement and innovation, always seeking ways to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Holding a full UK driving license, you're ready to contribute to Telent's Fibre Build programme and help maintain critical infrastructure.
