An established engineering company is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage service contracts during a 9-month maternity cover. This role involves collaborating with various teams to align service offerings with customer needs, optimizing billing and revenue recognition, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in contract management within an engineering context. A Contracts Specialist with experience of managing Service contracts is needed by an Engineering company in the Leicester area to cover a 9 month maternity leave.
You will be supporting a busy service and commercial team to ensure service contracts are handled appropriately. Your key responsibilities will be:
The successful candidate will ideally be Degree / HND or HNC qualified and have 3 years experience of managing service contracts in an engineering environment. You will need to be able to travel to customer sites on occasion and have a high level of familiarity with MS Office products and ERP / MRP systems with SAP an advantage.
