Summary of Role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a role where your work ensures safety, compliance, and customer confidence?

We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and field teams to manage key compliance processes, close out insurance-timed defects, and ensure our service operations are running smoothly and effectively.

  • Monitor and manage insurance-timed defects across the full Orona portfolio, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate and plan defect closures, liaising with Operations, Supervisors, and Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with our National Key Account Team, providing regional compliance updates.
  • Support the Quotation Team on urgent quote requests, helping prepare and issue proposals to clients.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly compliance review meetings, bringing actionable insights.
  • Prepare compliance reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders and client-facing meetings.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and integrity, updating our Service Management System and maintaining audit-ready records.

Requirements

  • A sharp eye for detail — especially when reviewing reports or Excel data
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a service, compliance, or data/reporting-focused role is ideal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of service management systems
