Job description

OCU is seeking an experienced Service & Compliance Administrator to join our team in Levenshulme. You will provide administrative support to the Plant & Transport team and facilitate communication among team members.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in scheduling maintenance visits using Excel and resource planning tools.
  2. Generate weekly and monthly customer reports.
  3. Produce order numbers for parts.
  4. Input data into CRM systems and create quotations/advice notes.
  5. Issue jobs to fitters/engineers.
  6. Collate paperwork from the service team and ensure it is stored in the correct files.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement.
  8. Assist with depot stock of spare parts and other consumables (e.g., oils & lubricants).
  9. Communicate with dealers regarding bookings, invoice queries, and purchase orders.
  10. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the service and compliance team.
Skills & Experience
  1. Experience in an office or workshop environment.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  4. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  5. Experience with parts and service departments.
  6. Knowledge of plant & HGV parts is advantageous.
  7. Knowledge of engineer processes is advantageous.
