Job Description:

OCU are seeking an experienced Service & Compliance Administrator to join the Team in Levenshulme. You will provide administration support to the Plant & Transport team, and facilitate communication amongst team members.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in scheduling maintenance visits using Excel and resource planning tools
  2. Generate weekly and monthly customer reports
  3. Producing order numbers for parts
  4. Input data into CRM systems and create quotations/advice notes
  5. Issuing jobs to fitters/engineers
  6. Collating paperwork from service team and ensuring stored in correct files
  7. Highlight an area of improvement for a smoother process
  8. Assist with in depot stock of spare parts and other consumables (e.g. oils & lubricants)
  9. Communicating with dealers for bookings, invoice queries & purchase orders
  10. Weekly/Monthly meetings with service and compliance team.

Skills & Experience

  1. Experience in an office/workshop environment
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  3. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  4. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  5. Experience with parts and service department
  6. Knowledge of plant & HGV parts advantageous
  7. Knowledge of engineers processes advantageous.
