Job summary

Crucial People Limited is seeking a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer for Central London. The role covers Zones 1 & 2 and Docklands, combining service, commissioning and smaller projects with fault finding and surveys.

You will engage in software, controls procurement, and documentation to drive projects through to handover. Applicants should have experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC and Niagara knowledge.

Already working in BMS service across Central London? Looking for more than PPM's?

This opportunity combines PPM and reactive fault-finding with condition surveys and the engineering and commissioning of smaller BMS works across Zones 1 and 2 and Docklands.

Rather than stopping at diagnosis, you can also get involved in software, controls procurement, commissioning documentation and taking smaller works through to customer handover.

You’ll need experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens or ALC, plus Niagara knowledge. Additional systems training is provided where necessary.

The package includes up to £58,000, company car or £6,825 car allowance, performance-related bonus, 7.5% pension, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.
