Job summary

Crucial People Limited is seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer for assignments across Manchester, Liverpool, and the broader North West. The role involves software modifications, BACnet/Modbus/M-Bus integrations, and comprehensive handover to customers, with emphasis on delivering beyond point-to-point commissioning.

The ideal candidate has BMS commissioning experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider or ALC, plus Niagara knowledge, HVAC awareness, and the ability to adjust

BMS Commissioning Engineer | Manchester, Liverpool & North West

Up to £58,000 + Company Car or £6,825 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Already commissioning BMS projects around Manchester, Liverpool or the wider North West?

This opportunity gives you involvement beyond point-to-point commissioning, covering software and graphics modifications, BACnet, Modbus and M-Bus integrations, technical documentation, witnessing and customer handover.

You'll need BMS commissioning experience with at least one of Trend, Tridium, Schneider or ALC, alongside Niagara knowledge, HVAC understanding and the ability to interpret and modify existing BMS control strategies.

The package includes up to £58,000, company car or £6,825 car allowance, performance-related bonus, 7.5% pension, private healthcare and 25 days' holiday.
