Job summary

Asda Wells Express is seeking a Service Colleague (Express) to join our team in Wells. The role is part-time with a 16-hour week, offering flexible day shifts across our Express format to support customer service, food prep, order picking, and shelf replenishment.

You will work across departments, providing excellent service while adapting to varying daily tasks and peak times. Late and weekend work is a normal part of the role, with a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow within

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations—offering a wide variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Every day could be different—whether you're serving customers at the checkouts, preparing fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in offering excellent service, welcoming stores, and ‘extra special’ products.
We work together as one team to drive sales and deliver a great online and in-store shopping experience.
About You

You’re naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll enjoy learning new skills across different departments and love helping customers find what they need—maybe even having a friendly chat along the way.
