Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Service Colleague (Express) to join our Hartlebury Express operation. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week and day shifts across multiple departments, including checkout, fresh food preparation and home-delivery picking.

You will provide friendly, efficient service and help maintain stock levels to deliver a great customer experience. The role offers the opportunity to work within a busy, customer-focused store environment with flexible shift patterns to suit

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at checkouts and across departments.
• Restock shelves and assist with stock control.
• Assist with order picking for home delivery and prepare fresh pizzas where applicable.

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations—offering a wide variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments to help keep our stores running smoothly. Every day could be different—whether you're serving customers at the checkouts, preparing fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in offering excellent service, welcoming stores, and ‘extra special’ products.

We work together as one team to drive sales and deliver a great online and in-store shopping experience.

About You

You’re naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in. You’ll enjoy learning new skills across different departments and love helping customers find what they need—maybe even having a friendly chat along the way.
