Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which means there are a variety of shift patterns available. We offer flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, but please note that late and weekend shifts are a requirement, and some flexibility may be needed.

As a service colleague, you will work across different departments to ensure smooth store operations. Your daily tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or replenishing shelves. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and offering 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and deliver a great online shopping experience.

You are naturally friendly and eager to contribute, working with your team to achieve great results. You have a positive attitude towards learning new skills across various departments. You care about providing a fantastic shopping experience, helping customers find what they need, and engaging in friendly conversations along the way.
