Job Description for Service Colleague at ASDA

Retention Bonus: We are pleased to offer a £5,000 retention bonus to successful candidates hired through this requisition, contingent upon meeting terms discussed with your hiring manager. The bonus will be payable to employees who remain in active employment at the Aberfeldy/Broadford store from April 2025 to 31st October 2025. The bonus will be pro-rated from your start date.

Working Hours and Flexibility: Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

Role Responsibilities: As a service colleague, you will work across multiple departments to ensure smooth store operations. Your tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking for home deliveries, or replenishing stock. Our focus is on providing excellent service, welcoming environments, and a wide range of products, working as a team to maximize sales and enhance online shopping experiences.
