Job Overview

This is a new role in an expanding company. We are looking for someone who is able to plan and manage the service by implementing person centred rotas and co-ordinating a varied and wide activity schedule for the individuals we support.

Full training is given and you will have full support from the existing management teams.

Salary: £28,000 p/a

Hours of Work: 37 1/2 hours, Monday to Friday with the expectation of taking part in the on-call rota.

Minimum Requirements

• A background in care and support
• 2 years of working in a care environment
• A recognised relevant qualification
• An understanding of issues that arise in creating person centred schedules
• An understanding of the onboarding process and general HR requirements
