A leading housing provider in London seeks a Service Charge Team Manager. Your role involves leading a customer-facing team, managing service charge assessments, and ensuring accurate budget management. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of housing and property management. Salary Banding: £56,713 - £59,698
Full time permanent role based on a 37.5 working week. This position is suitable for our smarter working policy, being based in the office 2 days per week plus 1 day spent within a local office.
Working from our vibrant and modern office space in the heart of Hatton Garden, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering outstanding service in a truly inspiring location, as our Service Charge Team Manager will be responsible for leading a customer-facing team to deliver excellent service to residents, ensuring rent and service charge accounts are accurate, fair, and transparent.
