Summary:
Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Service Charge Data Specialist to manage, maintain, and develop key system processes related to service charge apportionment across housing and finance systems. You’ll play a central role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across NEC, SUN, and Integra systems, enabling the organisation to produce accurate service charge estimates and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities: System Management & Configuration

• Act as administrator of the NEC service charge module
  
  
  




• Manage coding structures and user access controls across NEC, SUN, and Integra
  
  
  




• Ensure all configurations allow accurate cost apportionment and reconciliations
  
  
  




• Liaise with IT and consultants on fixes, system upgrades, and access requests
  
  
  

Service Charge Process Support

• Lead dry runs of cost apportionment in NEC test system
  
  
  




• Execute end-to-end service charge estimate and final account processes
  
  
  




• Ensure accurate updates to customer accounts
  
  
  




• Produce service charge reports and reconcile outputs for validation
  
  
  

Collaboration & Project Work

• Work with development, sales, leasehold, and finance teams to ensure unit-level data is accurate
  
  
  




• Support testing and implementation of upgrades, change requests, and UAT
  
  
  




• Train relevant staff on NEC service charge processes and maintain clear documentation
  
  
  

Governance & Quality Control

• Maintain data security and accuracy in all systems
  
  
  




• Assist in generating and validating letters via TriPartum
  
  
  




• Support audit, compliance, and exception reporting for service charges
  
  
  

Person Specification: Essential:

• Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
  
  
  




• Experience with housing/finance systems (NEC, SUN, Integra P2P)
  
  
  




• Knowledge of service charge processes and housing legislation
  
  
  




• Strong system admin and business analysis skills
  
  
  




• Able to translate complex data into usable reports and guidance
