Service Charge Analyst

Bellrock Real Estate is the UK’s leading service charge consultancy across retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors.

This role is part of the Retail, Leisure & Industrial team, advising predominantly blue-chip clients, including some of the UK’s leading retailers and leisure companies. The team currently comprises over 35 professionals, with plans for growth.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in providing peace of mind for our customers. As a Service Charge Analyst, you will:

• Manage substantial service charge portfolios for at least one blue-chip client.
• Maintain our bespoke database, InsightRE.
• Develop skills in analyzing and evaluating financial information.
• Assist in lease document analysis, issue identification, and negotiations with landlords or agents.

What does it take?

We seek an experienced administrator/analyst, recent graduate, or AAT-qualified individual eager to pursue a career in commercial property consultancy. The minimum educational requirement is secondary education with A* - C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

• Capacity for high-volume data entry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good computer literacy, especially Excel

Working arrangements

We support flexible and remote working where roles and business needs permit. The successful candidate will work from home Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
