  • Handle complex queries, disputes, and complaints, working directly with residents and internal teams.
  • Provide service charge data for First Tier Tribunal cases and attend hearings as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of service charge processes and resident communications.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate to strengthen the team.

Overview

Service Charge Analyst – Location: South London or Kent (Hybrid: 3 office days — Tue/Wed/Thu, 2 remote — Mon/Fri)

Reporting to: Service Charge Manager

The Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate service charge calculations and providing expert support to service charge payers. Working with teams across Southern Housing, you’ll help improve our service charge processes and ensure a positive experience for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue estimated and actual service charges, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Handle complex queries, disputes, and complaints, working directly with residents and internal teams.
  • Provide service charge data for First Tier Tribunal cases and attend hearings as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of service charge processes and resident communications.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate to strengthen the team.
