Job summary

EA First in Cambridge is recruiting a Service Charge Accounts Trainee to join a supportive local team. No previous accountancy experience is required and you’ll receive full training from day one.

The program offers hands-on experience and apprenticeship study support up to AAT Level 4, with structured development and a clear pathway into a long-term career in accounting. You’ll gain practical skills while learning to review records, perform reconciliations, and prepare working papers.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 6+ or equivalent.
• A Levels at Grade C+ or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in starting a career in accountancy.

Leaving school or college and looking to start a career in accountancy? We're recruiting a Service Charge Accounts Trainee to join a supportive Cambridge-based team.

No previous accountancy experience is needed. You'll receive full training, hands-on experience and apprenticeship study support up to AAT Level 4.
