Service Charge Accountant (QUBE) London SE1 (Hybrid) Up to GBP55k
We are working with a well-established Property Consultancy based in SE London, close to Waterloo.
They now seek an experienced Service Charge Accountant (Qube) as follows:
- Utilising QUBE to ensure service charge matters are up to date, accurate and reflective of actions taken
- Carrying out the full range of service charge duties
- Liaising with the Head of Property Management
- Providing Accounting expertise and guidance in relation to complex budgets, client liaison, auditor liaison and staff training
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks
- Bringing about change if necessary to streamline processes and provide clients/residents with the best service possible
- 1 day home working offered to those who desire it
The suitable Service Charge Accountant will have 5+ years of service charge and QUBE experience, a committed career history, and ideally (but not essentially) a relevant professional accounting qualification.
Salary for the successful Service Charge Accountant will start around GBP50k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
