Location: Hybrid working, with occasional visits to customer sites near North Bristol and Hereford.

About the role

TwinStream is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Change Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in onboarding new use cases into our existing Agile Software project, while also ensuring alignment with the customer’s Service Architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Technical and Solution Architects to enable the successful integration of new use cases into multiple Agile Software projects.
  • Support the efficient and effective onboarding of new use cases across multiple TwinStream projects, providing regular reports and analysis to both the TwinStream Service Manager and customer stakeholders directly.
  • Maintain, update and report on Change backlogs using Jira.
  • Support the Service Manager in the execution of service change activities and maintaining service documentation.
  • Maintain a whole-lifecycle situational awareness view of the change pipeline from discovery phase to retirement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal & external stakeholders, engaging with customer change processes where required and providing updates on service changes and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Key Skills

  • Experience in project management and service delivery, with a focus on service change.
  • Experience with Agile Software Projects: Demonstrate experience in onboarding and integrating new use cases into Agile Software projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical teams and customer representatives effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex service change scenarios.
  • Experience with Atlassian toolsets (Jira, Confluence).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Government Projects: Previous experience working on UK government projects is highly desirable.
  • Technical Background: A technical background with an understanding of software development and architecture.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and experience working with ITIL Service Architecture.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications in Agile methodologies, ITIL, or project management.
