As a Team Leader, you will guide and support a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective use of our fleet and equipment across the South West. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of care our patients expect.
The Service Centre Team Leader is responsible for the daily leadership of professional teams, ensuring vehicle and equipment maintenance meets the highest standards.
You will ensure compliance with maintenance and service plans, meeting departmental KPIs and job cycle times. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of continuous improvement and workplace methodologies for fleet maintenance activities.
Demonstrating compassionate and collaborative leadership, you will support a diverse team and aim to enhance the Fleet and Equipment service across a large geographical area.
