Role: Service Centre Administrator

Location: Bexley, DA1 5QJ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Are you organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great service? We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Service Administrator to join our Aftermarket team!

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—supporting our workshops, customers, and management teams through accurate record-keeping, job coordination, and service compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise job cards and input technician time bookings and job details
  • Finalise parts used and hours charged, then close completed jobs
  • Process service invoices, credits, and warranty claims
  • Maintain and update vehicle records and service documentation
  • Collate reports and support compliance processes
  • Operate within company procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative background with proven experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of HGV service environments or similar (desirable)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (desirable)
