Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service & Breakdown Engineer (Heat Pumps) to service and maintain air source heat pump systems for private clients around Bristol, with occasional stays away. The role offers clear progression into a department lead as the team expands and a commitment to ongoing product training.

You’ll cover the M4/M5 corridors within ~50 miles of Bristol, with standard hours and optional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience servicing and maintaining air source heat pumps.
• Unvented & Water Regulations certificates.
• Happy to travel regionally (with optional staying away).

Responsabilités

Bristol (Covering the M4 & M5 corridors - must live within 50 miles of Bristol)

Are you a Heat Pump Engineer looking for a clear route into a department lead role with a company that's serious about growth?

Do you want to join a business that will invest in your training and qualifications as you progress?

The company carry out installation and servicing across air source heat pumps, solar, battery storage and EV, and are known for investing in their engineers through structured product training and ongoing development. Due to increased workload and continued growth plans, they are now looking to add an additional engineer to strengthen the service team.

In this role you will service and maintain air source heatpump systems for private clients, travelling across the region, with the option to stay away when it suits.

This role would suit a heat pump engineer who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term position where they can progress into a lead role, develop their renewables skillset and be trusted to deliver high standards on site.

The Role:

• Service, breakdown and maintenance of air source heat pumps for domestic clients
• Progression available into a department lead role as the team grows
• Regional cover across the M4 & M5 corridors (within ~50 miles of Bristol)
• Hours: 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00 (on site for those hours)
• First hour of travel each day in your own time, overtime paid after (x1.5 Sat / x2 Sun)

The Person:

• 1+ years' experience servicing and maintaining air source heat pumps
• Unvented & Water Regulations certificates
• Happy to travel regionally (with optional staying away)
