Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service & Breakdown Engineer for a biomass boiler specialist. Based nationwide with field travel, you will service, maintain and repair biomass boiler systems across the UK.

You will diagnose faults, complete service reports, and provide technical support to customers and install teams, while developing your skills through industry training and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Experience in service, maintenance, or field-based engineering roles.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair biomass boiler systems nationwide.
• Diagnose faults and attend breakdowns, providing effective solutions.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and technical assessments.

Are you a mechanically or electrically skilled Service Engineer looking for a role where you can develop your expertise within the renewable energy sector?

In this role, you will service, maintain, and troubleshoot biomass boiler systems across the UK, working both independently and alongside a small team of experienced engineers. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, resolving breakdowns, and maintaining high service standards.
