Mercedes-Benz of Manchester, part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive family, is looking to add a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to our Service Team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership and factory standards

  • Maintain an organized area
  • Answering switchboard phones
  • Soft transferring incoming calls
  • Communicate directly with service advisors, and clients regarding the status of the service work
  • General computer tasks
  • Respond to incoming client request emails
  • Follow up with clients after service
  • Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, and Hard Copies)
  • Adhere to our values: Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism and Teamwork
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Regular attendance consistent with company attendance policy
Qualifications
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
