Do you have experience working in face-to-face customer service? Have you worked on a service desk within the motor trade? Are you in an Advisor, administration, or tele-sales role? Are you looking for a better work-life balance?

I am working with a client who is a specialist in the aftermarket area of the motor trade. They are looking for a Sales and Service Advisor who can start immediately and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements for the Service and Sales Advisor role:

• Previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade
• Experience in face-to-face customer service and sales
• Confidence in serving customers on the service desk, over the phone, or online
• Ability to upsell products or parts
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to advise and take orders for new services, parts, or accessories
• Assist with stock taking and inventory levels
