The Opportunity

Reporting to the Europe Service Manager and based 100% remotely in Europe (or working 2 days a week at our Gent HQ if based in Belgium), the Service & Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the various break/fix, maintenance and installation activities until customer acceptance for a team of service engineers.
The role will involve both reactive & proactive communication with customers, answering calls, creating support cases and work orders, efficiently planning on-site service visits to minimise travel time, ordering spare parts, validating customer satisfaction and preparing invoices.
The Ideal Candidate
Highly customer focused with excellent communication skills (advanced/fluent English), ideally with experience in resource management/planning or Service Support roles
Strong planning & organizational skills. Team orientated and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience using a Field Service management platform such as ServiceMax or similar is advantageous
Any additional European language skills are welcome but not mandatory
Comfortable to work 100% remotely if based in UK / or in a hybrid manner (minimum 2 days a week at our Gent HQ) if based in Belgium
