About the role

In your role as Service & Repairs Engineer, you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs, and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. We are looking for multiple engineers to cover inside the M25 and M25 corridor.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
2. Carry out site surveys and provide relevant information to the office.
3. Actively promote our services.
4. Perform servicing and commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems.
5. Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems.
6. Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems.
7. Complete and submit all required paperwork.
8. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary actions.
9. Provide accurate information to the relevant department or manager.
10. Provide training and guidance to colleagues.

Essential qualifications, experience, and skills:

4. UK Driving Licence.
