Overview

Our Digital and Data technology team are at the forefront of digital innovation, providing best-in-class solutions for our clients and supporting a data-driven future for the UK government. We create bespoke, secure software, offer programme and application support, and move servers to the Cloud for government partners. Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality service analysis for customers around the world.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of service documents and the research/investigation of management information from regional delivery teams.
  • Produce reports, compile data, and contribute to service management activities such as identifying risks and issues.
  • Support Service Assurance in the development and ongoing management of change, risk, and request procedures.
  • Operate and support service management toolsets, track improvement activities, and maintain records such as skills matrices and workforce plans.
  • Perform a range of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the service management function.
  • Use specialist computer skills to analyse, manipulate, and present data in Excel; utilise SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Support a multi-skilled Service Management team and contribute to producing information for Board packs; help streamline and improve processes and draft professional/technical documents.
Requirements
