We are now looking for an Service Analyst to join our Technology team at Monsoon. This will be a business facing role, responsible for deliveringIsland Pacific Buying and Merchandising software and PIM and Onestock software support. The role will ensure accurate, smooth processing between systems.

What you will do as our Systems Analyst?

  • Admin/Support of the Island Pacific Buying and Merchandising software
  • Key contact for B&M users for support and training.
  • Liaising with Merchandising/Buying/Brands teams to resolve issues and review processes
  • Liaising with wider IT team to support full end-to-end IT success
  • Checking and investigating any issues with order flow from own web and external sites
  • Managing the relationship with key eternal marketplace contacts
  • Become the SME for PIM web channel enrichment, liaising with web trade teams
  • Supporting Product Owner on key B&M projects and initiatives
  • Systems testing and UAT testing
  • Covering IT support teams where needed

What you will need to succeed as our Systems Analyst?

  • Excellent communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to explain complex logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Builds strong working relationships with people of all levels from varying areas of the business, internal and external.
  • Highly numerate and excited to work with data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items.
  • Possesses a positive “can do” attitude and can think outside the box to overcome obstacles.
  • Possesses a “business head” with a focus on profit.

  • Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond.
