Job description

Permanent

Full time (8.00am-6.00pm – Monday to Friday and every second Saturday until 12.30pm)

Salary is dependent on experience + OTE

We are excited to be assisting our client, an automotive company based in Chippenham, in recruiting a Service/Aftersales Manager to join their friendly team. As a Service/Aftersales Manager, you will be the heart of operations and will have full responsibility for delivering consistently excellent customer service and making sure that both the service, parts areas and workshop are maintained to the highest standards.

As well as this, responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Duties:

  • Managing staff including a service team and technicians
  • Ensure smooth running of the department and looking at continuous improvement.
  • Compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assisting or covering for holiday/absences
  • Identifying and implementing training needs for all staff

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive experience is essential for this role
  • Customer focused and relationship building
  • Confident in computer use.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • You need to be proactive and take pride in what you do.
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Passionate and dynamic attitude who will share the energy and values of the business to contribute to their growing success
  • 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays – pro-rata in the first year.
