About the Role

We’re seeking a Service Advisor to join our Cairns team on a part-time basis (9 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys being the link between customers and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answering incoming calls and processing service and repair bookings via phone and online requests.
• Greeting customers and checking in vehicles for workshop repairs.
• Being the main point of contact between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication.
• Providing accurate and timely service updates and recommendations.
• Preparing job cards and processing invoices efficiently.
• Coordinating bookings and scheduling work inline with customer and workshop expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred) OR strong customer service / administration skills.
• Previous experience in an automotive, transport, or mechanical industry would be advantageous.
• Experience using DMS systems (especially Equip) will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer systems & a willingness to learn new skills.
