Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Salary - £30,000 basic OTE £36,000

Location - Llandudno

Richard Abson Group is assisting a prestige car dealership in Llandudno in their search for a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and excellent training opportunities.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical information, updating on vehicle progress, and promoting sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements for the role include:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
2. Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
3. Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and working hours:

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, with uncapped bonuses for hours sold, cross-sales, and service plan sales, with total earnings between £35,000 - £37,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with one in four Saturday mornings.
