Service Advisor Motor Trade Job

Role: Service Advisor/Service Receptionist (NO WEEKENDS)
Salary: £26,000 basic OTE £34,000
Location: Chester

Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Chester to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers with enquiries and technical information.
2. Providing progress updates on their vehicles.
3. Sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
2. Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
3. Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and Working Hours:

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £26,000, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £32,000 - £35,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with NO WEEKENDS.
