Working hours: Mon - Fri 8 - 5.30 & Sat 8 - 12.30 (alternate)

Salary: Up to £34k Including OTE

We're seeking a Service Advisor to join Newcastle Volkswagen's friendly and efficient Aftersales team. This permanent role offers a 42-hour week, including Saturday mornings on a rota, with a competitive starting salary of £26,000 plus a generous, uncapped bonus. It provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a premium VW brand.

You will be part of a team led by a talented Service Manager, with ongoing training and development through customer experience workshops and regular one-to-one sessions.

As a Service Advisor, your role is to deliver a personalized, premium experience to our customers, guiding them through servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Booking MOTs, services, and repairs
  • Advising on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
  • Coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments
  • Managing high volumes of customer interactions via phone and online
  • Communicating turnaround times and updates effectively
  • Maintaining accurate customer records

Ideal candidates will have energy, a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is a plus. You should be a team player capable of working independently and passionate about customer service and cars.
