A leading automotive retail group in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to enhance customer experiences. This full-time position offers training and supports professional growth. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and be tech savvy, particularly with CRM systems. Role: Customer Service Advisor, Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Peterborough. You will be based front of house in the showroom and act as the point of contact between customers and our workshop. Full training is provided, so previous experience in a car dealership is not required. Your first weeks will include the Marshall Customer Journey induction programme, shadowing opportunities and a buddy system to help you settle into the role.
