Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Service Advisor for Evans Halshaw Ford Wrexham to deliver seamless customer service from check-in to follow-up. You’ll drive service revenue through vehicle health checks and aftercare product recommendations while ensuring a transparent, stress-free visit.

You’ll work with our workshops to keep customers informed, promote service plans, and build lasting trust with clients, contributing to high CSI scores and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and maintenance.
• Promote and sell service plans and aftercare products.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and updates.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and appointment scheduling.
• Build knowledge of products and represent the brand with pride.
• Support retention by upselling extras and value products.
