D.M.Keith Ltd is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Skoda Leeds site. This role offers a basic salary of £27,825.50 with an achievable OTE up to £38,993.80 per annum, aligned with our family-run ethos and commitment to world-class customer service.

You will join a busy, customer-focused team, supporting our lead manufacturer partners, and have opportunities for progression within a long-established dealer group. Flexible working hours and industry-leading benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience essential.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and advising customers, handling enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and keep customers informed of progress.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and high level of customer service.
