Service Advisor

Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking a Service Advisor to work in the aftersales department at their dealership on behalf of their client.

Ideal Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a service role is preferred.
  • A passion to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • An organised individual who can handle many duties on the move.
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Confident computer skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with and provide outstanding care to customers.
  • Identify and anticipate ways to assist customers and achieve sales targets by selling technician labour and products.
  • Book customer vehicles for servicing to maximise labour utilisation and efficiency.
  • Arrange alternative transport for customers and liaise regarding pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
  • Manage and follow up on all work in progress, liaising with customers, Workshop Controller, and Technicians to meet timeframes.
  • Ensure customers understand service charges and work carried out, involving technical advisers for queries.
