Salary: £50k - 55k per year + Company Car per annum

Service Advisors

Service Advisor responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and up-selling
